It is also commonly used in boat building due to its high quality. As solid wood, it is particularly suitable for outdoor use or in places where good dimensional stability is required due to varying weather conditions, thanks to its excellent processing properties and good resistance to fungi.

You should avoid that

Mahogany should preferably not be used without a surface treatment, as color and shine only emerge after proper care. Additionally, it can develop a gray appearance in outdoor environments due to weathering.
