Delivery Time

The delivery of your packages usually takes place within 3 to 8 working days after receipt of payment. We work reliably with DPD and DHL to guarantee you fast and secure shipping.

Our shipping is done from Monday to Friday.

We would like to point out that there may occasionally be delivery delays due to booking periods between financial institutions. For this reason, we kindly ask you to make the payment, including shipping costs, within 7 days. Please also consider that international deliveries may also experience shipping delays due to the longer booking process. If the amount is not received by us within this period, your claim to the purchased item will expire.

We will send you a tracking link regardless of which shipping method you choose.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs consist of loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs. The loading fees are fixed and remain unchanged, while the transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package.

To save costs, we recommend that you combine several items in a single order. Please note that we cannot combine two separate orders; shipping costs will be calculated individually for each order.

The shipping boxes are generously sized, and your goods will be well protected in packaging.

All item prices include VAT. No minimum order value!The first delivery is made exclusively against prepayment. You have the option to pay securely and conveniently via bank transfer, PayPal, AmazonPay, ApplePay, or GPay. Alternatively, you can also pay for the goods upon delivery; in this case, we kindly ask for prior arrangement with our company. 

Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment and reliably delivered to you by our shipping providers (DPD / DHL).

For orders, we charge the following flat shipping fees:

Germany / Shipping Bag: 4.90 EUR (uninsured)
Germany / Package: from 6.90 EUR (insured)

European States / Package: from 12.90 EUR (insured).
